We’ve held full ownership over high P&Ls (up to $2B) and led operations at Fortune 500 companies but we've also put in the grind at start ups and and non profits. We have have worked with the world’s best brands from Chanel to Nike, and worked with teams and leaders from interns to c-suite execs.
We’ve crafted strategies from the ground up, built out business development plans and launched new concepts. We’ve spent countless hours deep in data, deriving insights and building analysis. We’ve  built long-range financial plans, we’ve managed sales targets, inventory, and profitability (in the good and the bad times). 
And most importantly, through it all, we’ve led teams and developed talent. We’ve managed through re-orgs, downtrending cycles and banner years. We’ve turned team dynamics around and built positive team cultures.
