My name is Lauren Zimmermann, a seasoned business executive with over 15 years of leadership experience in large-scale businesses, start up projects and non profits. I've managed large divisions and teams at renowned companies like Nordstrom, Amazon, and HauteLook and have a prior background in law and finance. I am passionate about doing business better and striving for operational excellence to help you drive growth and achieve superior results. Let's get crisp on the vision, devise a strategy and execution plan to acheive it while supporting you with better processes, strong leaders and a positive team culture.

SOME fun facts about me…

• I am Swiss American and I am a native speaker in both French and English.

• I grew up in Switzerland and moved to the US in my mid 20s.

• I worked my way up from an assistant to Senior Director at Nordstrom, and previously a Divisional Merchandise Manager (DMM) at Amazon.

• I have a deep calling to be a helper, whether it's developing people, strategies, or emerging businesses.

• I am an Advisory Board Member for RAISEFashion.org, a non-profit dedicated to increasing the representation of Black and diverse talent in the fashion industry. 

• Before my career in business, I attended law school in Switzerland at the University of Neuchatel and at Columbia Law School in New York. I started my career in wealth management and investment research.

• I am a mom to two little boys.

• I love fashion, running in nature, reading incessantly, and traveling.
